隶属于台湾国立成功大学制造工程研究所的企业工程与整合实验室（Enterprise Engineering and Intergration Laboratory）成立于1994年，原名“电脑辅助同步工程实验室”，1999年更名为企业工程与整合实验室。指导教授陈裕民先生。已培养了数十名硕士，现设有博士班。其研究目标为“研发实现虚拟企业之方法、核心技术与系统，期能协助我国制造业提高生产力与竞争力”。对企业工程的基本看法援引Francois B. Vernadat（1996)：“Enterprise engineering can be defined as the art of understanding, defining, specifying, analyzing, and implementing business processes for the entire enterprise life cycle, so that enterprise can achieve its objectives, be cost-effective, and be more competitive in its market environment.” 对企业工程与整合这一课题的基本看法是“以工程的手法逐步解决企业的问题，并将各种解决方案加以整合应用”（温俊诚，2002）。（上述资料均来自该实验室网页, 2004-2-23,ty）
